How does personalization work?
It's very simple:

- You add your pet's name, a photo, or any other information you wish.
- We create your custom item and ship it directly to your home.
What photo formats do you accept for personalized creations?
We accept all common formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP…
It is advisable to choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is clearly visible.
Are the materials used safe for animals?
Yes, all our materials are safe , durable and selected for the well-being of dogs and cats.
Our collars, medals and bowls do not contain any harmful substances.
Do the colours and patterns of the personalisation hold up over time?
Absolutely. Our engraving and printing techniques are designed to withstand:

How do I care for my personalized products so they last a long time?
Each product is designed to withstand everyday use, but proper care will prolong its lifespan.
For custom collars and harnesses: wipe regularly with a damp cloth.
For the bowls: hand washing is recommended to preserve the personalization.
For cushions or blankets: machine wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry to keep the colours intact.
